Illegal Immigration Plan

Requiem for the US Worker and the March towards a Third World Economy

Congress is the biggest culprit in the great recession making our working class citizens the biggest losers. In addition to Congress other culprits are the 32 million illegal aliens diluting the economy and penalizing US workers. These illegals are cause for economic distress. *unthinking career politicians. These and other unscrupulous politicians from both the Democrat and Republican parties have gutted the sense of national protection and have fully mismanaged this plague. This tacit government approval of illegal immigration has been a prescription for the existing economic depression and continues to invite unwanted aliens.

Our workers are suffering a three pronged attack against their personal welfare:

First, the loss of high paying manufacturing jobs due to the export of the manufacturing sector from the United States.

Second, the reduction of jobs in comparable industries such as construction trades, food industries, and general labor do to illegal immigration. The irony is that these are some of the few jobs that cannot be exported. High school graduates used to be able to sign on as helpers or journeymen apprentices and learn a trade. These jobs are now taken by illegals because they cost less to the business owner.

And third, the reduction of income due to the undercutting of wages caused by an unlimited labor supply resulting in fewer jobs and reduced wages. In most of these circumstances the government and displaced workers end up subsidizing the fly by night contractors, driving competitors out of the marketplace, and increasing contractor profits thus encouraging them to seek even more illegals. This continuing cycle leads to dramatic increase in illegals, social spending and loss of small US contracting businesses. The BorderLawProject.org estimates a loss over one half million small contracting businesses nationwide. The money incentives of high profit home construction using illegals (low paid) fed by The Home Reinvestment Act, created a geometric rise in housing prices resulting a multi-trillion dollar bubble. The inevitable pricking of this bubble has caused a major recession.

Social Security. 2010 marks the beginning of the full downward spiral of the Social Security System. The FICA income is now unable to keep up with its current outlays and the money must be removed from an accounting sham known as the Trust Fund or Lock Box. Every cent in the Trust Fund must be borrowed.

Each year the US is naturalizing over one million illegal aliens, further increasing future Social Security deficits. The BorderLawProject.org estimates this problem has reduced the Social Security payment to each retiree by $300.00 per month. Social Security per capita payments will continue to decrease every year from what it would have been had there been no subsidized naturalized illegal aliens. As of now, the Social Security Administration has stopped providing its annual cost of living increase. The general inflation has been rising at an alarming rate masked by the reduction in housing costs. On top of that, the biggest fraud in history is also reason for concern; that of the use of fraudulent Social Security Numbers.

According to the Congressional Subcommittee on Social Security over eight million fraudulent Social Security numbers are freely being used throughout the United States. The authorities are not arresting these criminals or deporting them. These eight million fake Social Security Numbers are the basis for the BorderLawProject.org estimate of 32 million illegal aliens in the United States (this allows for illegal aliens, along with their families and others working off the books, plus the users of fake Social Security Numbers).

Dysfunctional Homeland Security. We are sending our soldiers to foreign lands to protect our country, yet the erosion of US sovereignty, as a result of illegal immigration, simply wastes their efforts. From Reagan to Obama, our leaders have misunderstood the realities of immigration leading to the present state of affairs. The recent Presidential candidates have encouraged immigration, thereby condemning citizens on the bottom half of the economic ladder to lives of low expectation and continuing low wages due to the competition from the unlimited influx of low cost labor.

The present immigration system was constructed by legislators with apparently little concern for their constituents and the chaos that follows. Once illegals sneak into United States, there is a legal process in place, however awkward it may be, but the law is rarely enforced. For all intents and purposes the Department of Homeland Defense, the legal workers first line of defense, has ceased enforcing Border Law.

Seven Solutions

1. Make it a crime to hire or be an illegal alien.

2. Impose an immediate moratorium on naturalization of all aliens. All illegals acquiring green cards are included in this moratorium.

3. Establish a 48 Hour to Border (48HTB) administrative return of all illegals. Appeals must be carried out from the aliens own country. An administrative review should be performed and the illegal expelled expeditiously. 100 percent must be returned to their country of origin; to do any less undermines national security.

4. Reevaluate naturalized citizens due to massive fraudulent reviews of their cases. To receive status they must at least pass a common English language GED exam. 53% of all naturalized illegal’s are on welfare.

5. Remove the Social Security numbers from all illegals born in the United States.

6. Allow temporary foreign workers:

A. For only 6 months at a time.

B. No business should be allowed to operate using a continuous supply of foreign workers.

C. Foreign worker must come as individuals and not bring their families.

D. The employers of these aliens must post a bond of $20,000 for each worker. The bond may then be returned after proof that the alien has left the US. The bond will be used by the INS to find and deport the alien.

F. The employers must carry medical insurance on these workers and the workers may not receive only government assistance.

7. Enable State and local authorities the ability to enforce immigration laws though the use of bounties and other means.
